Our grower projects are the heart of our business.
This is where you’ll see our impact.
Each project is unique to the needs of its local community. We exchange knowledge and ideas, working in partnership to create powerful solutions.
Small-scale farmers grow and sell their crops to Fairoils. We invest in the region, with infrastructure and programs that have a lasting impact.
Our model secures a fair, reliable income for farmers and builds the capacity of the community.
Practical support from agricultural experts.
In each grower project, we employ skilled agronomists and field officers to ensure we match the right crops to the conditions. Field officers travel from farm to farm, providing advice and assistance.
This outreach program is supported by regular demonstration days, helping farmers gain horticultural skills. With increased knowledge of mulching, weeding, fertilising, erosion control and intercropping, farmers can use best-practice techniques.
We proudly support and empower local communities.
Fairoils sets up community funds, which are managed democratically by farming families to fund local priorities.
